    Truth to tell, this isn't the worst rock record I've ever heard, or even the worst hair metal album. But it's no great shakes either. Andy McCoy's songs aren't bad, but they sound a bit formulaic, as if he just turned on the McCoy Songwriting Machine and cranked 'em out/5(8).

    Shooting Gallery was a vehicle for ex-Hanoi Rocks guitarist Andy McCoy. With drummer Paul Garisto (Psychedelic Furs, bassist Dave Tregunna (Lords of the New Church), and rough-hewn belter Billy G. Bang! on vocals, the band's debut is very much like a Hanoi Rocks album (they even cover that band's "Don't Never Leave Me"). Musically, it's a pretty potent .
